Well let me say first that move in day was blah I opened my unit to find it hadn’t been clean and no one was in the office to assist. So I removed what was all over the floor and had no choice but to put my belongings in there. Or take them back home. The buildings are not numbered there is no enter exit signs and there is a bucket for dripping water coming from the ceiling just a few units down. Needless to say I will run out my free month and find somewhere different in the mean time. I also had a family member rent here and their day was such a disaster that they spent 45 min on the phone with customer service outcome was the site manager would be in touch and nope never heard a word. By the was this family member was a property manager for a storage company prior to her experience with this company poorly ran poorly managed

... than with the other major company I was with before. Consolidating into new space rented with Storage Sense in Endicott while we relocate long-distance. Very happy with that decision. Though the facility may be a bit "dated", it is clean, very accessible and the staff are professional and friendly. Again, very glad to have a new home for our stored possessions.

I never used storage before, but you made it so easy for us. This place is safe clean and large units. They even provide moving dollies, to make it even easier. I recommend this place highly!
